Has been with DEKRA Industrial since October 2011.
He started working as a PMI Technician in 2011 at DEKRA Industrial RSA Vaal Branch (then known as Raysonics) in 2013 and was transferred to the Kusile Power Station Project as a multi-skilled Technician.
By the End of 2016, DEKRA Industrial appointed Donovan to oversee the General Operations division at Kusile Power Station Project, which he embraced, with the aim to not only improve himself on a personal basis, but to also expand his knowledge and skills in the NDT field.
Donovan believes that hard work pays off and in 2018 he moved back to the Vaal where he was appointed as the REEF and Vaal Branch Manager.
He has his sights set on growing in not only an individual capacity, but also within DEKRA Industrial RSA. In his words, “Shoot for the stars, aim for the moon. Even if you miss, you will land among the stars.”
